According to the scale at the gym, I have lost my 15 pounds! YAY for xmas weight and my 2 pounds coming off in a row! It certainly makes for a good week :) My start weight on my home scale and the 15 pounds hasn't quite equalized, but I am sure it will soon :) It is lingering around there.
I have a week and a day to see what else I can do before I leave for the west coast and then out to sea. I am so nervous I am going to have this fall apart. I really wish I had more time to work on my weight. I have never been this serious about my weight loss anywhere near this long (2 months.) I made it a month this summer, and then I went on a cruise and it was over. Normally I start giving up after 2 weeks. So I just fear for a complete change in scenery and the lack of control over my food and exercise. My exercise will consist of my job duties and whatever I can accomplish in my tiny room where my bunk is. Here's to hoping I do well with my new habits :)
I keep all my logs in different places and just imputed them into SP. The weight going down is amazing, but it is also just a number. I saw my start inches and inches today. Those half an inch or fourth of an inch have added up! 2 inches off my waist and hips, and a half an inch or an inch in other places. That's what I realllllly wanted. I need so desperately to try to stay on track at work. This is my true motivation! I will have to use every ounce of willpower to "not see" those treats and pizza and every other weakness food. I have to see fuel and not comfort.
I have been working on new playlists and finding new songs for working out. Music is how I make it through the day and my workouts. So I need to keep things interesting ;-)
