Having a somewhat 'Off' day =(

I over slept this morning, I wasn't feeling much of doing anything at all. Didn't take the dog out, but I did clean the kitchen and start the laundry. I guess I'm starting to slip a bit. So soon ... just 10 days and I'm already slipping? Really?
I'm not sure what to do, I just know I feel like my motivation is slipping. Like i'm falling... I guess its the fact that I'm alone? doing this alone? I don't know... I guess I'm getting lost.

    You are not alone. Just get up and get moving. We all have days we just don't want to. We all have days we just "don't" . As long as you don't give in, it was just a bump not failure. You can get through this.

    Just tell yourself you will move for 5 minutes today, that's all. Sometimes you need to take a rest day if your body needs it. You can still eat well. You're not alone when you have Spark People to do this with you. Today is a new day. What are you going to do for your health?

    What you do is you start again tomorrow.

    I've been having an off MONTH, but I'm still making progress...slowly. During the two years that I have been working on weight loss, I've certainly had days when I did not feel motivated.

    If you are worried about always being perfect, you will never get anywhere. The key is to just keep going.
