I was doing a lot of exercises at the beginning and I started to slow down instead of doing the opposite. I'm kinda going slow now and trying to catch up but let's see how will this go.
I ate pretty healthy today... just went low on my iron intake. I've been drinking a lot of water because the weather its really dry here.
My plan for tomorrow its do some cardio and do my dance dance revolution.
