Staying on track

Day 34 cont.~

The day finished out great. Stayed on track with food as well as exercise. I did my 10,000 steps today again.

I also managed to get in a couple hours of Heart Chakra clearing videos, too. A lot of stuff was stirred up. I just stayed with it and didn't resist. I knew it would pass.

Not much to say since, I wrote quite a bit about my morning yesterday.
