Daily Digest

It is already Friday? Where did the week go? It seems like 2013 will go quicker than 2012 did, where did that year go? lol. Wow the tired bug hit me badly today, since i started today was the day i didn't get exercise in, there goes my 10 minute a day streak. But maybe i can make up for it tomorrow with 20 minutes, that would be nice. We shall see. I will be going to a soccer match. So i may move a bit, i hope i dont get hit by the tired bug and fall asleep in my chair. I will say what happened with tomorrow's blog.


Something about me

Funny thing about sleep, i can sleep just about anywhere, if it is warm. But i never feel refreshed or energized with my nights rest or naps that i may have to take. Coffee doesn't help me keep awake, a really hot tea used to but now i can sleep after that too. energy drinks don't help either, i still have a knock out and sleep like a log with those too. I don't have a bathtub, but taking a hot shower at the time i will be ok but once i am out, i want to get under the covers and rest. If someone has something that can keep me awake and feeling refreshed, please let me know.

    You should have your Vitamin D levels checked as well as your iron. If you are low on either it could explain why you are feeling so tired. Also, now that I think about it, you should have your thyroid levels checked. If all of these are normal then you just have to push through it but it really does sound like you might be low on any of these.
