I went swimming today at our local hotel's pool. I was there with my mother who was doing her physical therapy exercises (she broke her hip this past fall). I did her exercises with her and then did a couple laps back and forth. It was so much fun and when I got out i could actually feel the burn. A group does water aerobics on Mon & Thurs afternoons. I'm really thinking of making a routine of it.
On the down side, I indulged in way too many left over Christmas sweets. How can I curb these cravings and rein my portions back under control? I guess one thing at a time. I did have a healthy breakfast this morning and a bowl of soap for lunch.
It's now 9 pm, and I've got my baby fed, bathed, and put to sleep. I do make it a habit to got so sleep when he does.
