Balance is a BIG TASK

I am so full after getting in my 8/8 water today. My overall nutrition is EXCELLEN compared to my old habits. But I can see this getting tricky by balancing my Cal + Carbs + Protein + sugar + FAT to get these at my TARGET daily requirements. The overall daily BALANCE is challenging to say the least.
I ate great portions today but came a little short on Calories and Protein. I think I have 'food exhaustion' and don't want to eat anymore today. GOODNIGHT. Need my 8 hours sleep for sure by 845pm. heheh
