    I have no problem with getting enough water. I know this helps me keep my body in the best shape it can be and I get to use the extra calories saved on good food emoticon

    Drinking enough water throughout the day is hard for me because it tastes so plain to me. When I add water flavorings, it gets easier. -- Lou

    emoticon Early on I had to break habits that triggered me to eat. Silly games but they worked. One of my habits when bored was to sigh take a deep breath and exhale "I'm hungry"Didn't take long to break that! For every "I'm hungry" I had to immediately say: "I'm thirsty!", "I'm thirsty!", "I'm thirsty!" Yep, 3 for one and it worked! My other nemisis was "I'm tired!" had to replace that with 3 "I'm energized!'s" That worked too, silly; but definitely an attention getter. Break the habit of mindless habits and mindless eating! emoticon

    Been drinking a gallon of water daily for the last four days. I think it makes a big diffrence.
