Last blog of the night! And a yummy drink recipe!

Hello all! So i'm quite happy with myself, because i decided to actually workout and felt great afterwards! then made myself a yummy smoothie! Its amazing how great working out makes you feel! I also thought id share this yummy coffee drink with everyone that wont completely break your diet!! i found it on Pinterest in the summer and made it a few times and it was yummy!!

Skinny Vanilla Mocha Frappe ( I altered the recipe a bit)


1 tsp of instant coffee 0 calories (i know my instant coffee is 0, youd have to check)
1 1/2 cups of water
1/2 cup of skim, 1% or 2% milk (skim being the best obviously)
3 tsp of vanilla extract
0.5 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tsp of sugar

Total Calories Skim Milk: 103cal 1% Milk: 113cal 2% Milk: 123cal


1. mix water and coffee in a measuring glass and stir well, then pour it into an icecube tray! This makes it SUPER easy to take out and blend, PLUS it freezes quicker! only about an hour or two.

2. once icecubes are frozen, place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth! VOILA! * one thing i forgot to mention is use about 9 or less of the coffee cubes

Its super easy to make.. And when i get a craving for chocolate it really satisfies my needs! for anybody who likes frozen coffee drinks you will REALLY like it. I altered the recipe a bit to my tastes, Depending on what type of drink you like you can play around with it and change it up! Hope you guys like it! Heres the original recipe as well :)


For some reason she has that this whole thing adds up to 43 calories.. which really not sure where she got from. I looked up all the nutrition information the calories listed above should be almost spot on!
