First TGIF work out of 2013...

The gym was pretty empty (this is pretty much the norm for a Friday night). I missed my cardio workout yesterday but I will make it up tomorrow. Tonight's strength training workout:

I completed and tracked 2 cardio exercises and 8 strength exercises at http://www.sparkpeople.com/ - 30 minutes Walking: 4 mph (15 minutes per mile), 243 calories burned, 15 minutes Elliptical Machine, 250 calories burned; Back Extension, Leg Raises on Captain’s Chair, Chest Press with Band, Abdominal Crunch Machine, Seated Chest Press Machine, Seated Row Machine, Traditional Lat Pulldown Machine, Triceps Rows with Band
