Really Getting Back on Track . . .

Just started Spark Coach to get out of this plateau I have hit with my weight in the low 140 range. I want to break 140! The Spark Coach says to "Celebrate the little things." I have tracked my food and exercise this week and will give myself a treat of a manicure and pedicure tomorrow! I really like this idea and saw that some of my challenge friends have started to do this. It looks like it is working for them, so I thought I might try this reward system.
When I hit 141 again, I will buy a new workout outfit!
When I hit 139, I will get myself some new sneakers!
