Goals for the day: calories!!!
Water: 8+ glasses
Tracking everything.
Exercise: Tap and Hip Class tonight (2 hours!)

Expected challenges: just unexpected!

Mood/energy level/feelings: better today!

Plan to keep me on track: packing lunch and supper in crock pot!

Calorie total: 1557

Fitness total: 2 hours of dance class

Unexpected challenges: . crockpot recipe for supper was DISGUSTING! last minute change up on a meal!

What I did wrong: nothing!!!! :)
