My reasonable, obtainable, and measurable goals for the BLC21 challenge are to get out of the 200s, maybe to 190 which would be about 13 pounds. I also want to make exercise part of my regular routine it's already well on it's way with my other challenge hopefully this will just really lock it in. I also hope to make new friends with this challenge, build a support system for myself and become a part of my teammates support group.
Now onto my accomplishments for the week. Even though i went a little bit over my caloric range, I still managed to track my food for the past 3 days. Hopefully I can keep this going I think the longest I've gone is 5 days maybe 7. I managed to do cardio almost everyday. I really enjoy doing walking videos probably since they are so low impact. I'll might do the 1 mile walk on my recovery days, while I do the BeFit in 90 Challenge.
