Today was a little bit better. I actually got some REM sleep. I am have actually been paying attention to what i am eating. It has been busy with my washer breaking down and some other family stuff. I think i might have been overwhelming myself trying to jump in to where i was. I am thinking about reseting some of my goals and restart at the very beginning. This morning i was 317 that is the lowest i have been since i gained everything back. Hear is taking baby steps to get to running.
