A little bit better.

Today was a little bit better. I actually got some REM sleep. I am have actually been paying attention to what i am eating. It has been busy with my washer breaking down and some other family stuff. I think i might have been overwhelming myself trying to jump in to where i was. I am thinking about reseting some of my goals and restart at the very beginning. This morning i was 317 that is the lowest i have been since i gained everything back. Hear is taking baby steps to get to running.

    baby steps will get you there just the same as running. It will just take longer and there is nothing wrong with that. Start back at the beginning, and don't beat yourself up. I had a bacon burger and home fries last nite. Went over my calorie limit. I didn't beat myself up this time. I did log it and I was still within the calorie and goal limits that SP set for me. ( I changed that goal to lower calories.) I got your back Sista, grab my hand. We can do this together. emoticon
