WOW!! I had an amazing day! I dropped the kids off at school and then went grocery shopping. I bought mostly fresh fruits and veggies. I stocked the house with things we needed. I made a healthy dinner of stir fried pork tenderloin with red onions, cauliflower and broccoli with low sodium soy sauce and brown rice. I tracked everything today. I was so busy today that I really didnt notice that I didnt over eat. I just finished checking my report for the day and I stayed within ALL of my daily nutritional values! I dont think I have ever done that since I have been on SP. If I have, it hasnt been very often.
Overall, feeling pretty good!!!

    It IS so encouraging when you actually hit all those nutritional targets, even if you weren't really WORKING at it that day! You are off to a great start this year!
