I started the new year off heavier than last year. So my goal is to lose weight and to get healthier. My surgeon says I have to lose weight. I have a plan, I just need to follow it. I've planned my menu and exercise for the next 2 weeks. I plan to log my log. It is just a matter doing it all. I've been tired a lot lately which is making exercise hard. Trying to get enough sleep. I had an blog done on Word but when I copied it over it wouldn't post and I'm not going to retype it. Maybe another day.
