So I've had the last two days of work and I have not done a bit of excercise, unless you count cleaning out the spare room, throwing 4 big boxes of trash into the garbage and moving carpet squares twice... and walking up to a friends house thats just around the block and back... tomorrow I plan on getting up and doing some actual cardio.
I have been eating a little better the last couple days and instead of going after them cookies I ate some carrots instead for a snack last night. So I'm trying. I weighed myself yesterday and I was not satisfied of course I did this to myself. I can't get too mad though cause I'm gonna work my butt off trying to lose what I have.
I want to start doing some weight lifting but should I wait until I lose weight or do it every other day?
My hubby wants to lose weight to but I'm not sure if he will exercise with me, he usually gets his in the spring and summer when he's out cutting grass in the hot sun. And yet I'm sitting here eating all the time, and working. Of course at work all I really do is stand there and scan peoples grocery which is not much work at all.
I need some motivation cause after standing on your feet for 8 hours that will wear you out, and when you do it 4 to 5 days in a row then all you want to do is sit down. I think what I need to start doing is when I'm on night shift I need to work out in the morning, and if I have day shift maybe I can do some walking in the evening...
Mostly I need to start drinking bottled water while at work instead of grabbing a coke every day when I work. I've been drinking way too many cokes lately and thats another thing thats keeping me from losing weight. Maybe if I drink more water I'll have a little bit more energy.
