Day 2 So Far So Good

After a great Christmas vacation and New Years I am home back in North Carolina. Been good the past two days since I started. Eating right and eating clean...and have done 45 minutes of cardio a day. I am planning to focus just on cardio and eating right. Day by day...meal by meal I will succeed and do this. I got Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet Cook book and have made a couple meals so far. Feels good to have my diet consist of mostly vegetables and fruit. I hope by next Wednesday (my first week) I will see some results. I want results every week. I hope I stay true to myself.

One day at a Time...
