Get back to it. At-least-I-did-something cardio workout M,Tu,W. Swim 1 mile Friday. Walk Sat. Strength training M, Tu, W, & F.
On Swimming: My shoulder is sore. Boo! I went on the stair mill instead and got closer to my goal. I went 13.5 minutes at 60 steps per minute. Only 1.5 more, but I got ‘barfy’ at this measure, so I’ll stick here for the month.
On Saturday I went to the walking trail and was a little bummed to see that it's undergoing rennovations during the winter. No problem, we headed over to the shore a couple of blocks away and did walk/jog thing on the shore.
Log Food at least 5x week.
The average weekly calories is within range (1954) Yes! Batting a 1000.
2013 is shapping up nicely, and I did the challenge to do at least a 20 minute 'trek' on F/Sa/Su/M, plus plan and measure one meal that includes some vegetables. It also included setting goals and taking 'before' pictures. I'll also do measurments on Monday night.
