The first Friday of 2013 is HERE. And you know that means the first WEEKEND of 2013 is but a few hours away! OK so maybe a tad more then a few. But still it's close! We have NO plans for this weekend. We'll do the stuff we always do. Sat will be shopping (although with a tighter budget due to having a car payment now). I told hubby we can't be spending $150 a week on food now. And really I don't think we should be. I mean it's just the two of us. He's going to quit smoking as soon as the last 3-4 packs he has now are gone, which means he won't be spending roughly $40 a week to week and half on smokes. And it's going to So much better for his health...and for mine! Sunday will be cleaning day. I have a lot to catch up on after having Jason here. I spent as much time with him as I could and just the bare min on the house cleaning.
Last night was breakfast night. I wasn't sure what to make for dinner. At Christmas we'd bought a canned ham. Hubby ran it though the meat slicer so I decide to make ham and eggs for dinner. I added some frozen hashbrowns with cheese to my plate and steamed rice to hubby's. It made a nice change for us. Tonight I'm not sure what's for dinner.
Yesterday was a good day as far as calories consumed. I was under my high end of the range. And today has been good so far too. In fact, even though I don't start my workouts here at work until Monday, I have been taking walks around our floor here at work today. Got over 3K steps in so far today!
When I do get back the gym here at work, I'll be going down alone. My workout partner found a better paying job and next week is her last week.
But I WILL still go to work out! I'm not kidding myself..it's going to be tough to start again. I've not worked out now for 3 weeks or so. But at least I Am starting again. Now if only I could get in gear to do the Xbox workouts.
