Day #2 of Sparks Challenge

So I started the day off on the right foot. I did the video for the sparks challenge then I went and ran. I felt amazing. I feel as though I am cardiovascularly healthy...but my body (not my heart or lungs) just struggles.

Here's why: Had a pretty big day today. Had a HUGE promotion party and ate absolutely too much and drank absolutely too much.

As they say: "Don't break all the dishes."

Tomorrow I have a volksmarch planned near Saarbrucken so back to the right foot.

We can do this!
