After a much needed week of rest, i've been back to the gym the past two days and am loving it! i was nervous i would lose my stamina as last week it took all i had to do the tasks around the house to keep it from falling apart and looking in shambles (laundry, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming). i was actually able to run 3 miles today and do 20 min on the elliptical which is totally awesome. during the run, i did get a little nervous as i started to feel "tingly" and maybe a little lightheaded. i focused on my breathing and listened to the feeling and it went away so maybe i was just psyching myself out. anyway, the horrid cough is almost gone and it's back to the good healthy energy-filled life. Thank you, God!
