My big time wasters are at night - I seem to spend a lot of time not really doing anything however I feel like I am starting to do a better job in planning more healthy things to do during that time. I am cooking dinner every night, and while it is cooking I prepare healthy snacks and lunch for the next day for my husband and I. I am pushing my husband to join me on a walk after dinner which can be a bit of a struggle. I have been working some long days lately and it is tough after eating to put on the sneakers and get out of the house but I always feel better after going!
I think I am going to plan some 'activities' rather than just leaving them to chance. I think planning my week will definitely make it feel better and leave me less overwhelmed!
