Apperently, my go 2 when I am stressed and depressed and just don't know what to do is fast food and pop... (coke to be specific)
Quitting pop and fast food is proving to be really difficult.. grrr!!!
pop and fast food literally the past 3 days... I am sure I am gaining..
what does everyone else do when they are depressed or sad or stressed or whatever instead of going to food or pop....
