As the new year begins, I wanted to think about my goals a little bit. OK, I want to think about them a lot. I think it's best to keep it more quality than quantity - - so I want to make this my year's project.
1. To get to 120lbs by my 45th birthday through regular exercise (cycling, walking, running, lifting) and logging my daily calories/points into Sparkpeople and Weight Watchers.
2. Reduce spending, work on paying off debt, keep a $1000 emergency fund and build a nest egg of 6 months worth of living expenses.
3. Become more spiritually wise and discover ways to meditate, let go of attachments and find inner peace and serenity.
Healthy. Wealthy. Wise.
