As I move into this change of healthy living, I take note of my surroundings. Clutter. Everywhere. When I consider doing cardio I realize I don't have room for my own body to maneuver!
My husband works 3rd shift, so I have to maintain some quiet, but I can do upper body cardio fairly quiet, and even lower body if I don't run in place. However, when I consider how I will watch the video while I workout, I realize I have too much stuff!
I run an online craft supply store via Ebay, and I have boxes upon boxes of inventory, plus all my crafting supplies that are personal (and incomplete). My desk is crowded, my craft table is crowded, my closet is crowded, my floor... well, you get the idea.
Because my "office" is the only room I can connect to the internet and watch the videos, my goal this week is to just organize this room. After all, wouldn't that be a workout in itself?
