Yesterday was quite a good day:

Got my pre-work exercise in, and then had some more bike time and a session with my kettlebells in the evening.

Also journalled my food again.

Today I was down on the scale again, more holiday pounds going away, hurrah!

I also got on my bike again this morning before work.

Feeling good!!
