Hi all,

Hope you had a good Christmas!

Well I have decided this year not to make any resolutions, because if yoru achieve fantastic, however, if you fall you could beat yourself up.

So, I am making goals instead :o) the First is to make sure I drink 8 glasses a day. This is a lot more trickier that I thought as the first day i did just normal tracking I got no where near the right amount.

Today I tried again for the 2nd time and I made sure that I drank when I eat which is five meals including snacks I then when I had a normal brew i.e. tea and coffee I also had a glass of water, because weirdly I got thirsty afterwards. And...........................
... I reached my 8 glasses today :o)

I will now keep this method going as it seems to work, and adjustments can be made tooo!!! ;)

My next goal is to get my food intact down to 1550 then slowly to 1000 calories a day. This is allot more difficult. the first day I did a normal day and I was 1800, today the same but I have adjust my meals and things like having 1 bacon instead of two and reducing cheese will hopefully work??

My final goal is more physical exercise..... This is help from my sister she and i are going swimming every other day I went yesterday and did 12 laps, which I aim to increase..

Well that's my progress in action, hopefully and with persist I will reduce calories, increase physical well being

    I get in a lot of water by getting those smart bottles ( I refill them) and drinking water before/with every meal and not having anything else until that's done. the smart bottles have 4 glasses in them and it seems to work. Good job on the goals!

    Those sound like fantastic goals! I'm with you, I didn't make any resolutions this year, but I plan on sticking with and/or increasing my goals! emoticon
