Well here it is Friday and after working only 3 days this week (just got back from 11 days off) I am ready for the weekend. It will be interesting to see how I will squeeze in the workouts this weekend with all the stuff going on. I'm hoping for one good walk during the time off...but with my busy family who knows if I will get that. LOL

Yesterday I only did my workout in the morning. This may be TMI for some so if so skip to the next paragraph!! I started to spot yesterday afternoon and because the only thing I've been doing differently was the eating better and workouts. I decided to just stick with the gym time and take a break last night. It ended up being what I needed as when I got home I was pooped! So I will be taking a SMALL scaled back step. I still plan on kicking major cardio booty!

Food for 1/3/13
Breakfast -
Weight Watchers egg cup - 4 points (this was awful!)
Creamer - 4 points (4 tablespoons)
Coffee - 0
Apples - 0
Total points - 8

Lunch -
Homemade chili - 6 points (1 cup)
Apples - 0
Smoked Cheese - 1 point
Total - 7 points

Dinner -
Cheese steak - 12 points
Ice cream - 8 points (1 cup)
Total - 20 points
Grand daily total - 35

Daily points - 32 + 4 activity points = 36 points

36-35 = 1 point left from the day!!

    Agree its hard to get back to work after sometime off from work. Only worked 3 days this week. Was able to work in all the things when I was off. Going to work really makes it a little tougher to lose the weight I signed up to do. Happy New Year.

    WTG on working out when you can. Don't stress too much if you can't.

If you continue to spot call the doctor; could be nothing but just to make sure.
