This morning I saw my doctor. My blood pressure was great 110/80. I told her it's because I haven't been at work. We laughed. I will be getting blood tests done this weekend. She will be monitoring me as I need someone to be accountable to. I will be weighed again in 6 weeks. We agreed on the goal weight of 150 pounds. She doesn't want me losing more than a pound a week. I am not a fan of the doctor's scale. They always weigh you 5 pounds more than the one at home. BOOOO!!! I will be journalling my food and will bring her copies of that to look over. For now, excercise will consist of the treadmill and exercise DVD's. Next project? A menu plan for the week ahead.
It can only get better from here!!
