So I'm finally starting to feel like myself again and will hopefully be able to workout again very soon! :) I've been tracking my food again since the 2nd and trying to keep calm and practice mindfulness. So, I figured I'd start up my challenge again, and I chose St. Patrick's Day as my goal date.
What I hope to achieve:
-Get into a size 16 (size 20 now)
-Work up to working out for 1.5 hours each day
-Get my headaches under control
-Get my body aches under control
So day 1 starts now!
TRACK EVERYTHING! Even those little bites and nibbles! This has always been a challenge for me. But I need to learn to use my iPhone as a tool in helping me lose weight also, so I'm going to track on there when I'm at work too.
