My January goal is to lose at least 5 pounds for the month.
February we will set a new goal, and so on for each month. I just have to find a reward for myself when I get to that goal. I think a spa day would be nice, when I get down 40 pounds.....
I may have to think about this reward system.
I have my meals all planed out (for this month), I have my workouts scheduled, I have a new workout buddy to motivate and help motivate me, and I have a spark challenge to keep me going.
All I need now is to get moving! (got to get rid of these holiday pounds too)
Here is my spark challenge for this month (So I remember to do this too!!)
January 6 – 12 challenge is 20 minutes exercise everyday
January 13 – 19 challenge is track all food eaten
January 20 – 26 challenge is 5 fruits and veggies everyday
January 26 – February 2 – 30 minutes of exercise everyday
