This quote is what helped me to realize why I was being so stale in losing the rest of my weight. I had to heal the wounds from my past (my relationship with my mom) in order to move forward to the next chapter in my life. Once I was able to completely release those wounds, I was able to move forward and to not turn my back this time to the unhealthy habits that were created by me.
