Day by day... I have been doing better. I have tracked my food beginning on January 2. OK, it is only 2 full days, but I haven't tracked in MONTHS, so I am proud of this. And I did a long workout this morning at the gym, and then did my January Jumpstart Video. The scale even showed a pound down today, although I know I haven't actually lost a pound. Still, it feels good to see it heading in the right direction!
The weekend is always difficult, but I actually ate below my calorie range yesterday. Not on purpose - I had pizza for lunch (half of a lunch sized pizza) and was afraid I would be over my calories. But I stayed in range, and for the first time EVER was below range on carbs. That is really unusal!
I am SO doing this!
