Just a quick vent. Staci and I had plans to eat fish and quinoa and veggies for dinner. Tasty but kind of lengthy to prepare. Then we got an offer to help us move some furniture and boxes at six o'clock and we can't refuse the help. So Staci suggests pizza for dinner and asks me what kind I'd like. I say sausage and figure heck, pizza is not what I want but we need to eat quickly. So she picks up a large pizza and an order of cheese bread.
I had only had three of my five servings of freggies so I start off with a banana, a large one that probably counts as two servings. I follow it up with two small pieces of cheese bread and I am full. She threw a mini temper tantrum that she got the sausage pizza for me and would I please eat it. She said next time she won't get the bread at all if i'm going to ruin my appetite for dinner.
WOW. I took one piece and ate the sausage off of it to keep the peace. It was not the end of the world, I just really didn't want to darned pizza.
The good news is I had a great workout yesterday and got extra fitness minutes by moving boxes. I also slept well and had a healthy breakfast. Now to get my butt to the gym after work and rock this body. Woohoo!
