Its great that you have realigned with a goal that is more realistic for you. Start to think about the idea of losing 1 lb a week or so, what would you have to do to do this - walk an extra 30 minutes a day. Eat a little less at meals. You can do it!

Stay positive! Some days may seem harder then others. Also, if you are just starting out your weight will fluctuate since you may be losing fat and gaining muscle. Good luck! emoticon

You'll get there. Make certain you change up your exercise once in a while so your body doesn't get used to it.

Don't let missed goals derail you. I set an unrealistic goal at first and almost let it throw me off the tracks. Now I'm back on target again but I'm not letting the scale be my only focus. My suggestion - set smaller goals and don't let pounds lost be the only kind of goals you set.
