I was doing good for a long while and fighting to get ahead everyday...then i FELL ON MY FACE, mostly because of issues with the family but also the flu virus kicked my butt, then I just got lazy :-( not good.
So now I'm coming back but it's hard, so I'm taking baby steps, starting to drink the required amount of water, and leaning out my lifestyle change, and adding the 10 minutes of exercise a day.
I will do it, and be stronger and healthier!!
