Wow! So so so sore today! hahaha Today I did Burn it Off from Chalean Extreme.
I forgot how intense this workout is! I was so out of breath when it was over and dripping with sweat. It's only 27 minutes but I felt like I worked it hard for over an hour!
I was also supposed to do Lower Body Extreme...it's a heavy weight workout from ChaLEAN Extreme targeting just the lower body. However, my legs are so sore I didn't think it was wise to do it. They, my legs, need some recovery time.
I may get in some stretching later...but I have a sick little baby on my hands and we're heading to the doctors. So I may be tied up the rest of the day. Thank goodness I had a short intense workout today.
