Day 3: Blah day.

I have the plan, I have the tools I have the drive and motivation.
Yet yesterday I had a Blah day. You know you get them every now and then. Mine was yesterday. I did such a great job on Tues, and Wed. then Thursday hit. I just woke up with the Blahs. We had great plans to go into town to watch the Duck game with friends. I just didn't want to. I didn't want to leave the house at all. No idea why. I couldn't even pull it together to go get on my pre core for a few min during the day either.
By the end of the day I had eaten bad stuff, and done nothing. We canceled our plans, and stayed home for the duck game. It turned out to be a good thing as just as the game was ending we had a freezing rain ice storm hit our area. We would of been both driving home in it.
I will call it a 'day of rest' in my fineness routine. I had a daily double on Wed with 60 min on the pre core, and followed by 45 min on the spin cycle. Today I am back out on the pre core.
Oh and by the way my Ducks won their game!
