I know the importance of having long term and short term goals. My ultimate long term goal is to be at a healthy weight. In order to achieve that, I'm going to set monthly, short term goals for myself building on them over time.
I'm starting off small. Don't want to make too many goals and end up not meeting any of them because I got overwhelmed by too many daunting tasks.
I'm taking baby steps, because giant steps only work when you're working out!
So here are my January goals:
Drink atleast 8 cups of waters every day
Get atleast 2 servings of fruit and veggies everyday
Do some form of exercise for atleast 30 minutes three times each week
Lose 10 pounds by February 3rd.
One nugget of sunshine: I finally got on the scale yesterday and was 5 pounds lighter than I thought I was. Have to change my weight to 275!
