Gotta love those days when you get such intense feelings of alertness that make you feel ready to meet any challenge! Your mind operates more quickly than usual and you may feel that you’ve done all you can to be prepared. Being focused is far easier for you, and you're able to accomplish your routine tasks more quickly and efficiently. It makes our attentiveness and preparedness by using that unwavering focus to achieve those goals we're aiming for; do what is necessary without even thinking about it! You may also discover that it is easy to devote yourself to a challenging or unpleasant task when you know it is an integral step in your life plan. However, there will always be distractions too. And if and when that happens today, take a moment to remind yourself of how much you want what you want!

Maintaining a single-minded focus has always allowed me to accomplish more in a shorter span of time because my thoughts don’t wander. Even though my life is so full and my schedule so tightly packed some days that it can be difficult to remained fixed on a single activity or issue. That's when I remind myself of the importance of my goals and it again becomes easier to ignore distractions and focus fully on fulfilling those aspirations. When we are focused, we can devote our mental prowess to what we’re doing in the present. And staying focused on our goals today will help to work toward them more efficiently.
