Day 4 and it is a Friday! Frozen walk!

I am so excited for the feedback I have gotten so far! I am so excited to share how you are doing with my readers so that MAYBE one of them will say, " Hey if these ladies are doing so well, perhaps I can do it too...."

Just like taking the first step outside in - 5 C weather and going for a walk with the kids! Brr...note to self, wear the proper gloves!!!!
I am totally excited to post my turkey curry recipe too, finally actually got to take a pic of it and this time I added a secret ingredient!

    Day 4

Kristin - Detroit, U.S.A. No bad white stuff - white sugar/white flour.

Think I may be having a major detox. Had three bloody noses today and now my eye is nearly swollen shut, along with my cheek. Lovely! Oh the joy of draining or non-draining sinuses. Dr. may be visited soon:( Oh and my skin that was clearing is now covered in rash. Otherwise I feel great:)

    The day went great! Got lots of exercise, long walk with DH and DDog.
Did a couple of exercise videos too. Ate more protein than usual and big spinach salad.
No sugar or white flour.
Success! We're going to a wedding tomorrow. I'll find a way to continue the challenge.
Obstacles are there to overcome!

No sugar,
No coffee,
No white carbs,
No alcohol,
No dairy
No wheat
No grains
No soft drinks

Had some wonderful meals instead - healthy, hearty and satisfying.

    Went for a walk around New Year's Day and caught a nasty sinus infection. Kind of a head cold. Good news I responded well for the little attention I gave it. Make sure everyone is bundled up. Thanks for your post. Always great to hear from you.

    Hi there - a good couple of hours spent with SP friend Faery_Face who has been visiting Cape Town from Pretoria - 1000 miles away (more or less) Last weekend, she and her partner met me at a winery for a sample session of good Cape wines (South Africa)

Today we all walked down the road to the Brewery for a tour of the historical site and a few samples. Good fun was shared .. it's great to meet cyber friends in real life

Still no hard cheeses - only yogurt on the dairy spectrum, and plenty of fruit, proteins and a thoroughly protein breakfast with a Gym Buddy

    Pictures of yesterday's meals are up - the soup was a great success! I snuck a weigh-in and I'm down 2.3 pounds in 3 days! After months I'm back below the scary 150 mark again :) Proves again that a challenge like this works - it keeps me focused!
