N - New things.

I am such a creature of habit that this one will be tough for me. I will try new exercises (January Jump Start helps) I will also run different routes.

    Yes, I agree, we become real creatures of the same old, same old. For me, I've signed up for some beginning yoga classes.

    For years we ran the same route, then one day, we switched it up and now we have several routes in our routine. It's nice to have several choices, especially when there is ice in the winter. Enjoy!

    The fun of new routes is discovering new things along the way. And new nasty dogs, but ...

    One of my new things to do is to walk north instead of south. New route will do wonders for a positive attitude. The reason I have been avoiding this route is that it is great going DOWN that road but when I turn around I have a BIG BIG hill to walk up to get back home. I'll take it in sections. emoticon

    Found out at the gym last night that my strength training/endurance class is completely changing at the end of the month to a new format and I'm already thinking...geez, I have to try something new?

    We NEED to try new things, shake life up a bit and get out of our ruts. After all, my word of the year is Adventure...guess I'll be on one again soon.

    New things you say??? That is so hard. I like my little bubble of comfort. I'll start out slow and left instead of right on my jogs lol.
