Tired of plain oatmeal in the morning? Let's play dress up!
First you've gotta make your oatmeal stovetop. Now here's the recipe:
Layer your bowl with:
1/2 c prepared Gluten free oats *I like Bob's Red Mill
1 oz walnuts
1 T hemp hearts
1 t flaxseed
1 T real maple syrup
Wow. Now that's a breakfast. We're talking fiber, omega 3's, protein, anti-inflammatory spices, a touch of sweetness and whole lot of YUM.
