Dress up your Oatmeal Breakfast

Good Morning Sunshine!

Enjoy a whole foods approach to the morning meal, however not-so-paleo it's still packed full of natural goodness for your belly.

Tired of plain oatmeal in the morning? Let's play dress up!

First you've gotta make your oatmeal stovetop. Now here's the recipe:

Layer your bowl with:

1/2 c prepared Gluten free oats *I like Bob's Red Mill
1 oz walnuts
10 raisins
1 T hemp hearts
1 t flaxseed
sprinkle cinnamon
splash nutmeg
1 T real maple syrup

Wow. Now that's a breakfast. We're talking fiber, omega 3's, protein, anti-inflammatory spices, a touch of sweetness and whole lot of YUM.
