This year will be powerful, I can see success smiling with me. This year I will reach my goals on all levels including physical and personal.
My goals are:
1. Drink more water
2. Eat more fruits and vegetables and less junk food
3. Exercise at least 3x a week
4. Be Positive. Negativety causes wrinkles
So far in my journey I have been doing okay but the junk monster would not leave me alone. I have a serious crave. I love exercising so I am going to concentrate on getting rid of bad habits.
For this week Jan 21 -jan 27
If I can elimate sodas,junk food for this week I will give myself a sparkgoodie
If I can lose at least a pound I will reward myself with a healthy sparkgoodie
