Hey fellow sparkers - was thinking how to challenge myself this year - have a few ideas - trying new classes at the gym - using some new equipment, and looking for new ways to utilize the free weights at the gym to work my muscles differently. Change is a good thing - especially for the muscles!
I'm going to challenge myself to figure out a few 'streaks' to keep my diet in check also - drinking 8 glasses of water daily; keeping within my calorie allotment at least 6 days a week (hey-a girl has GOT to allow for a sushi night LOL) - and also working out for at least an hour every day -even if it's just taking a long walk on my recovery day.....what ideas do you have? Please share - I'm looking for some inspiration.
2013 is going to be our year - let's do this together!!
