Fasten your seatbelt 2013 - I've got plans for you!

Hey fellow sparkers - was thinking how to challenge myself this year - have a few ideas - trying new classes at the gym - using some new equipment, and looking for new ways to utilize the free weights at the gym to work my muscles differently. Change is a good thing - especially for the muscles!
I'm going to challenge myself to figure out a few 'streaks' to keep my diet in check also - drinking 8 glasses of water daily; keeping within my calorie allotment at least 6 days a week (hey-a girl has GOT to allow for a sushi night LOL) - and also working out for at least an hour every day -even if it's just taking a long walk on my recovery day.....what ideas do you have? Please share - I'm looking for some inspiration.

    Ambitious goals! I'm currently looking for the 1 or 2 events I want to do to give me focus to train.

    I'm also going to workout daily. Trying to cook a new low calorie recipe at least once a week. I'm planning on getting the spark cookbook in paperback for some new ideas! I need to drink less diet coke and coffee. I've given up so many things that I just haven't been able to quit the diet coke. I'm a work in progress! Trying to get the courage to try a zumba class this year! Best wishes for great success in 2013! emoticon emoticon
