I started my new " Healthy" journey about a week ago now and I'm already feeling better. Its amazing what a good routine of exercise and healthy eating can do for you, not only physically but also mentally. I feel De-stressed and overall happier right now. And it has really got me motivated to make other positive changes in my life. I am feeling very optimistic for 2013! I know that everyday wont be without its challenges, however , I'm looking forward to fighting through! I want to prove to myself that I am strong enough to accomplish my goals and permanently change my life for the better.
