12 MONTH New Year, NEW YOU, FITNESS CELEBRATION!!!

Today I am 10lbs lighter in this New Year, (I always like to start my diet in Dec. so I can start the New Year losing and not gaining) 80 lbs is my goal for the first half of the new year! So I have 70 more to go and that feels good and in Feburary I will have 60, so I'm doing a countdown as a way to motivate me. In March I have a wedding to attend to so I have a goal of losing 40 before the wedding!!!
To everyone reading out in Sparkland I challenge you to take the excitement of a NEW YEAR with you throughout the year! March .... June..... August.... October ... December is also significant to this New Year, we could not have a complete NEW YEAR without all 12 months! So let create goals for each month and make every step along the way significant!
January is my birth-month so I'm excited all month long!
The latter end of March is a family wedding! I already found my dress and I want to buy it in a size 18!!!!! So FEB. will prepare me for this goal!!!
April & May will be the two months I am in FOCUS of my trip to barbados with some gurls I have yet to meet so, surely I don't wanna be the one that has to restrict my activties because my weight is too heavy.... I heard in order to particiate in some of the water sports you had to be less than 250lbs so how embrassing if that was to go down!!!
The Barbados trip is in JUNE!
SO that leaves July and August will be the prelude to my first year in my dream job as a teacher.... that will put me at almost a 100lb weight loss!! So Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec will be an opportunity to assure myself that I will have lost over 100lbs before my next birthday in Jan. 2014 AWESOMMMMMMMMMMME!!!!!
So HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ME!!!! And HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOUUUUUU!!!! LET'S CELEBRATE ALL YEAR LONG YEAH!
