Happy New Year to you all! And a Healthy New Year to you all too. That is even more important. How many times have we each made new year's resolutions and then broken them a short time later? I know I have and you probably have too. But my only resolution now is to keep coming to SP to track my food and exercise, to watch videos and read articles, to post messages and add to my blog regularly, to huddle, learn and interact with my SP friends--all the little things that keep me focused. I try to earn 50 points each day, and that goal has made me explore the whole website and learn so much more than I ever thought I could. After a lifetime of yo-yo dieting, I thought I knew all there was to know about losing weight. Well, I'm finding out there's still a lot I don't know and I learn something new each day. And the weight is still coming off.
So I'm wishing you all the best for 2013, but especially, I wish you the joy of knowing that you're becoming healthier day by day, one baby step at a time. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
