So after pulling a butt muscle yesterday doing lunges, I decided to take it easy today. I made sure to do some stretching and drank so much water! Really, I think I may have cleansed some toxins- I used the washroom so many times today. I did okay with my calories. I felt like I was starving all day. Every time I wanted to put something in my mouth, I chugged water. I still downed 4 cups of coffee today. That's really going to be a hard thing to kick!
